- 1 Launch The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin on your platform
- 2 Navigate to the main menu and select Settings (gear icon)
- 3 Scroll down to Account or Info section
- 4 Select 'Enter Coupon Code' or 'Redeem Code' option
- 5 Type the code exactly as shown (case-sensitive)
- 6 Tap Confirm to claim your rewards
- 7 Check your in-game mailbox to collect the items

Why isn't my code working?
Check that: 1) Code is typed exactly with correct capitalization, 2) Code hasn't expired, 3) You haven't already redeemed this code, 4) Code is valid for your region.
How often are new codes released?
Netmarble typically releases codes during: game launch celebrations, major updates, milestone achievements (downloads/followers), official livestreams, and special events. Expect 2-4 new codes per month on average.
Where do redeemed items go?
All redeemed rewards are sent to your in-game mailbox. Open the mail icon from the main menu to collect your items. Mail expires after 30 days if not collected.
Can I use codes on multiple platforms?
Codes are account-based. If your account is linked across platforms, you only need to redeem once. The rewards will be available on all platforms where that account is logged in.
